  • We do not have shower facilities available on the premises. However, to ensure that you do not leave feeling oily, we provide hot towels that will be used to wipe your entire body.

FAQ’s

  • Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment-time to check-in prior to your treatment.

    We always try our best to accommodate our clients should they happen to run late. However, after 10 minutes, we may not be able to offer you the service as booked. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and subject to our CANCELLATION POLICY. If you’re running late, please give us a heads-up by calling 604-252-4469

  • We do not have dedicated parking for Knead guests, but street parking is available.

  • We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay and cash.

  • Gratuity is greatly appreciated and can be given directly to your therapist by cash. We also accept gratuity via credit card, debit or Apple Pay. Gift cards cannot be used towards tips.

  • CLICK HERE. With you in mind, we've made booking online simple and seamless. Select the service, date, time, and simply follow the instructions on the screen. We require a credit card to secure all appointments over the phone and through our online booking system.

  • Stay hydrated, rest and recharge. Take a nap :)

Policies

  • For groups of four or more, an 18% gratuity will be added. If you are interested in booking a more leisurely appointment for any size group, or if your group is five or more, please email us at HELLO@theknead.com to book. Please note our separate group booking cancellation policy, which requires 48 hours notice in order to avoid the late cancellation charge.

  • In an effort to maintain a healthy environment, we ask that if you are sick (which includes a cold, a fever, the flu, etc.) or have the onset of symptoms of an illness that you reschedule your appointment. If you arrive for your appointment with visible symptoms of an illness, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment and charge 50% of your original service to reschedule.

  • Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to a future date, we ask that you contact us 24 Hours before your appointment. You can cancel your appointment online by logging into your account or by emailing us at HELLO@theknead.com If you don't cancel within that time frame, you will be charged 50% of your appointment. All same day bookings are subject to a late cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment.

  • At Knead we adhere to a strict no-show policy. If you do not cancel and do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged the full cost of your service.
